4 way stretch fabric

i need help with a black 4 way stretch dress with aline skirt . what kind of seam do i sew, the stitch length and width- i don't know what length and width to use. i have a sewing plate for single needle stitching. this dress is snug fitting so how should my seam look?

If you watch the T-Shirt Remodeling and the Sweater Remodeling Video Lessons you can get an idea of what kind of stitches we can use. Practice the stitches on a piece of your fabric to test the best settings.
