 Hi there i was viewing the pants and skirt pattern drafting videos and it says to calculate the dart intake measurements we need to divide by nine, however for the skirt and bodice patterns I cant seem to total 9 darts on the skirt front and back patterns and on the front and back bodice patterns. can you help me count where they are actually located to conclude a total of 9 darts????

i would like like to know if I need to keep the 2 cm extensions on the waist band while using an invisible zip for skirts. Also in case of an invisible zip does the similar left over right apply even when there is no lap of the standard zip.

I have a question and a suggestion for future videos.

We need to know the EXACT fabric you are using in your tutorials. Since many of us order online due to local fabric stores only stocking quilters cotton these days we are forced to order our fabric online. This mean we need exact details in order to ensure we are getting the correct fabric for our project.

Please I am watching the videos on Bodice drafting. Please explain why we are dividing the difference between the waist and hip measurements in other to calculating the dart intake.

 Hi, I want to ask if there are videos in which we can see the instructor use the bodice pattern drawn on Paper on actual fabric. This will help bring it to'life'. I have searched but can't find any such videos.     Thank you.

 Although all previous videos played correctly, this one video did not display the instructions. I only got the black screen.

Would appreciate if you can provide standard measurements for sizes 8-16 for skirts just like the sample size 12 you used for the tapered skirt.
I have looked through the link you provided in an earlier discussion but there is no reference to the upper hip measurements.

 Why do we have to divide the neck circumference by 6 while drafting the bodice pattern ?
