Pebbled sheath front

I eyed this fabric at Walmart for nearly a year. Finally, when they were getting rid of their fabric department, they marked it down from over $10/yard to just above $5/yard, a price I could justify spending. I knew I wanted something fitted but wasn't sure what. I finally settled on this style.
