 Hello my name is Scheri.  I enjoy sewing and set aside a couple hours everyday to work on current projects.

I am an avid reader and subscriber to anything sewing.  I am a self taught sewist and always looking for information and instruction. Recently joined and have found the instructional videos very detailed and and easy to follow.  Working on a crepe pencil skirt and have drafted facings for the waistband yoke.  I am going to work on cutting out the facings in the crepe fashion fabric and skirt lining in silk charmeuse.  I hope to insert the facings and lining today and spend my evening hemming the skirt.  My next project is a jersey knit top to go with my new skirt.
