attaching a lining to a jacket/blazer

Hello,

First let me say, I love "esewing" it's the best sewing site ever!

I need help with attaching the lining to a jacket. I'm experiencing trouble at the top of the jacket, around the neck and lapel area.Also,around the armholes. I did find "attaching the lining at the hem line" on the site, but that video doesn't help me understand what I'm doing wrong, because the lining is already attached at the top on the video. Please HELP!
