HI, I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD TELL ME HOW I CAN MAKE WINDOW VALANCES(LIKE THE ONES FROM AMERICA), BUBBLE(PUFFY)ONES OR FRILLY.

i'M NEW TO SEWING AND WOULD LOVE SOME ADVICE.

You may want to search some commercial patterns here.  I like this site because they have most of commercial pattern companies in one place to view and purchase.   While you are at it, you may have more ideas for your windows.
