Hi There
I just received a 10 year old Janome MyLock 504D. It works fine, on the most part, but sometimes it has inconsistent stitches. I took a piece of cotton and flossed it between the tension disks to remove any lint, as well as cleaned and oiled the rest of the machine according to the manual. I checked the treading and ensured that the thread is placed correctly between the tension disks. Any idea on how to fix this?
Thanks so much!
JB
Dear JB,
Some ideas I have that you can try to see if there are any improvements in the consistency of your machine stitches are:
Try to make these changes, if you still have issue with the stitching you need take it in for repair.
Hope this helps,
Nehzat
