New to sewing

I would like to say hi everyone, I am new to sewing, did a little in the past.  I have a sewing machine and also a serger (which I have never used) so I plan on using this site to help make me a better sewer.  I have most of the essential supplies.  I live in a small town and there are no sewing classes here.  I am very happy about finding this site, I will update my membership in the future to take full advantage of all of the dvd's.

Hi

How you doing with your sewing? I joined this site about a month ago. I can honestly say my sewing has improved 100%. I did some sewing in the past but I never really knew how to do it right. So I am really enjoying the sewing essential videos. Happy sewing!

Welcome to the site. I hope you can benefit from the lessons and improve your skills along the way. One of the reasons we made this site was to provide a place where people who don't have a sewing class near by or don't have the time to attend one can do so online.
