Newbie

Hi,

I'm Kaylan and I just joined as a member after watching some free videos.  I'm an intermediate sewer and I'm looking forward to learning some new and/or improved techniques. 

I live in the US and of course the imperial measuring system has been ingrained into my head but I have to say after watching the metric system video I'm going to give it a whirl.  I really like the simplicity of it and I'm hoping it'll make pattern making and alterations easier.
