 Hi,
I'm new to the site. Absolutely loving it. I tried your pants pattern making. Turned out good. Can you tell me if I want to make the bottom opening of the trouser narrower for example from a 10"opening to a 7" do I narrow the leg from outside or both inside and out. Thanx
