Hi Nehzat,
I recently took a pattern making class that was more of a "pattern alteration/make-it-fit" class. The "pattern making" was based on a pattern that closest fit one part of your body (hips for skirts and upper bust for bodice), altering it accordingly, and copying the altered pattern on blank paper. A drastic difference from your Pattern Making/Drafting video lessons that teach us how to make/draft a pattern from scratch.
While I truly appreciate having knowledge of both methods - or, the best of both worlds, I was hoping in the end I would know how to reduce and/or increase a set pattern size (i.e., increasing a size 8 pattern to fit someone who wears a size 12 or vice versa). I learned during the "pattern alteration/make-it-fit" class that this particular skill set is neither pattern altering or drafting but something called pattern grading.
With that being said, are there any plans to have pattern grading video lessons? I ask because I often come across patterns I like that are not in the size I need.

Dear Boohbee,
Yes Pattern grading is something that I want to teach as well. There have been other request regarding this topic. Thanks for your suggestion.
Happy sewing,
Nehzat
