Sew happy I found this site

Hello I found this site to help me at fine tuning my sewing skills.  I have sewn garments since I was 8 years old using my mothers ancient White cast iron sewing machine.  It featured forward stitching only.  Now that I have more time and interest in sewing I am interested in learning all I can Learn.  I quilt and sew garments.  I have found a community of quilters and have met people that are designers ,pattern makers for the stage and alterations.  I want to bring my sewing up to the next level.  I hope to gain it here.  I look forward to exploring and learning.
