Sorry son, but every girl needs a new outfit for Christmas!

I've been busy sewing Christmas outfits for my girls...  Here are some pics of the almost complete ensembles of sleeveless dresses with boleros that I designed to try to bring some formality to our summer Christmas down-under.  

Should have used a smaller hanger... This one's making the bolero look weird.

Below is the little miss testing the dress for "sit-ability" because of the netting underneath.

The smile must mean it passes the test!

The "thing" covering the hanger's hook is a matching hairband, if you were wondering :)

The girls can't wait to wear their dresses and I'm almost done with the finishing touches - on target for Christmas - yay!

Before I go... here's something I dabbled with for the first time as a birthday present for the youngest one last month -
