Hi Nehzat and everyone,
I recently made a swimsuit and had a problem with the bikini bottom lining.
It has a lining to the waist, basically whole front piece. I used a different fabric from the main fabric, and the stretch was different. (after thought!!!) So now outer fabric creases around the waist line (low bikini, so it's around the hip born), pulled by the inner layer.
When you use a separate lining fabric from the main fabric, how can I adjust the discrepancy? In my case, my outer fabric is with 75-100% stretch, and lining was more like 25-50% stretch.
I really appreciate your input!
Thank you
Jnjewel
Thanks for your reply.
Yea, this was lesson learned by a mistake. My top bra area was lined with the main fabric, and I didn't realize this problem until I made the bottom. I'll soon post this swimsuit on the gallery. My friends loved it.

Dear Jnjewel,
For this kind of project, you need to purchase the same stretch level in both main fabric and lining to achive a proper fit.
You can even use the main fabric for the lining as well.
Happy sewing!
