taking sleeves off of a suit coat and taking them in

 How would you take the arms off of a suit jacket with a center back vent in order to take the sleeves in. i tried to use the same technique that you used when taking the sleeves off the jacket when adjusting the shoulders; however, maybe its because of the vent it seems different and the shoulder pads and arm seams aren't as visible as in the video.
