Hello Everyone...

My name is Darla and I am new to sewing.  I have been knitting and crocheting for some time now, as well as cross stitching, but I could never find anyone who would teach me to sew...I am so very excited about this site and I have already watched several videos and have learned many new things.

Thank you so much, Nehzat, for creating this site!  I cannot begin to tell you how much it means to me to learn this skill.  It is my hope to be able to make and design my own clothes one day...and to create clothing for family and others.   I appreciate the supportive message that we underestimate ourselves and will only know what we are capable of when we practice what we seek to master.
